Sintercore is a U.S. Marine Corps combat veteran owned company based in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and formed in 2013. Our design philosophy is to combine a sleek, distinctive aesthetic quality with a simple, reliable concept. Our mission is to develop cutting edge, innovative gear, built for hard use.
Our original product, now discontinued, was the 3DX muzzle brake (initially named Auxetik), the very first commercially-available 3D printed metal firearm part. Made of pure Inconel 625 and laser printed layer by layer, the 3DX drew significant attention when it survived more than 8,000 rounds of semi- and fully-automatic firing during a test by Phil White of The Firearm Blog and made the front cover of issue 09 of RECOIL Magazine and was featured in their Sig P556 review.
We were honored to have been chosen to provide muzzle brakes for demonstrations by ARES Defense™ of their AMG-1 and AMG-2 belt fed machine guns for US Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) Science & Technology Directorate personnel at MacDill Air Force Base in August, 2014. The live-fire demonstration, partially shown in this authorized video clip , was intended to showcase cutting-edge technologies for potential use with the TALOS robotic exoskeleton.
Since then, we have partnered on 3D printing projects with industry professional Eric Mutchler, inventor of the world's first 3D printed metal handgun, and also released our flagship product, the Tripwire ambidextrous charging handle and its derivative for base charging handles, the Tripwire xRS -Ambidextrous Retrofit System. Our latest products, as of April 2017, are Deadfall : the first everyday carry / duty optimized pistol slide grip, and R3 : a universal scope throw lever that blends in while sticking out.
Everything is made in the USA. All of our products are guaranteed by a lifetime, unconditional, no-questions-asked warranty. Please call 616-843-0351 or email email@example.com with any questions or comments. Our mailing address is 15 Ionia Ave SW, Grand Rapids, MI 49503.
