Order Conditions & Warranty Information


We do not sell products that are out of stock unless it is clearly marked "back order" or "pre order," and our inventory system ensures that customers cannot order an item if the inventory level goes to zero.

In-stock orders typically ship within one business day. Unusually high order volumes will push our ship dates back. We will typically notify you if we cannot meet our normal shipping schedule. Pre-ordered or back-ordered items ship at the date specified in the item description.

We accept payment through PayPal or cashier's checks/money orders. If you wish to pay by cashier's check or money order, please e-mail/call. You can always cancel your order if we have not shipped your part by logging into your PayPal account or e-mailing/calling us.

We do not ship orders beyond the United States. Service members: we apologize, but we cannot export our products to an APO/FPO. You may not export, re-export, or transfer (directly or indirectly) our products overseas, as specified by ITAR export licensing regulations, unless you are given U.S. government authorization.

We apply a sales tax of 6% on orders originating from Michigan. If ordering from other states, you are responsible for any applicable use taxes that your state requires.


Sintercore LLC offers a lifetime, transferable warranty that our products are free from defects in materials and workmanship. Please contact us with any concerns you may have and we'll do anything we can to help, including replacement or refund of merchandise.

In addition, if you believe you have received a defective product, do not discard the product. Please notify us immediately by phone or e-mail and we will provide for free shipping back to our location. We will fully investigate all claims of defective merchandise and provide affected parties with a detailed report of our findings, in addition to any refunds or exchanges requested.


Sintercore LLC offers a full 60 day return policy, from date of purchase, for unused products. You must contact us prior to any return, refund, or exchange. Returns can take several weeks (this does not include shipping times), but usually we initiate a refund for customers within one business day of receiving a returned item. Items that are unused and in the original packaging can be returned with no fees. The return must include everything that was shipped with the product. Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded. Customers are responsible for shipping back unwanted items to our location. Sintercore LLC cannot be responsible for any packages lost en route to our facility. Please pay for full insurance on your package.

Damaged or defective products will be replaced as soon as possible. Usually, we will email a free shipping label for customers to return damaged/defective items, but sometimes customers request a shipping and handling credit instead.

If you do not have the original packaging, please securely package the items inside bubble wrap or other suitable packing materials and use an appropriate box.

For any return, please include your name, address, phone number, email, copy of the receipt, and reason for the return.

We do not collect any information beyond utilizing Google Analytics software to quantify the number of visitors to our site and determine the route they used to arrive here (search engine, advertisement, etc) and using information provided by customers in the store for billing and shipping. Your e-mail address will not be added to a mailing list nor ever provided to any other entity or person unless you specifically opt in to our contact list.
